LV Xiaoquan is Executive director of Beijing Qianqian Law Firm (the former Legal Research and Service Center for Women of Peking University Law School). As a public interest lawyer, he has devoted himself to legal aid, research as well as advocacy for women’s legal rights, and actively promoted laws on women’s rights and gender equality. Throughout his practice, he has dealt with numerous cases involving the protection of women's or girls' legal rights, including their rights and interest in marriages, economic and labor rights, personal rights and interests, property rights and interests, rural women's land rights and interests. LV won the “Public Interest Advocate” Award in 2013 in a nationwide competition organized jointly by Nandu All Media Cluster and the Southern Metropolis Daily.

吕孝权，北京市千千律师事务所/北京众泽妇女法律咨询服务中心（原北京大学法学院妇女法律研究与服务中心）执行主任、公益律师，专职从事妇女权益法律援助、研究与倡导工作，积极参与涉及妇女权益和性别平等问题的法律推进工作。执业以来，承办过一批涉及妇女/女童权益保护的典型案件，涵盖妇女婚姻家庭权益、经济和劳动权益、人身权益、财产权益、农村妇女土地权益等，其中一些具有全国性影响（如辽宁营口嫖宿幼女案、河南桐柏20名幼女被老师性侵案、宁夏灵武12名学龄前幼女被老师性侵案等）。在南都全媒体集群与南方都市报联合举办的责任中国2013公益盛典评选活动中，获评“公益人物奖”。
