OYCF Annual Meeting
OYCF organizes an annual meeting each spring or summer. It is the most important event for the organization since its founding in 1999.
The annual meeting brings together OYCFers from around the world to network with new members and other interested participants from diverse backgrounds. Together, they engage in one or more days of intense intellectual conversation about China, its past, present and future. Two annual meetings in the past have resulted in edited books published in Chinese.
OYCF Board works with many academic and professional organizations to bring the best scholarship on China to the community. Past collaborators include: UC San Diego's 21st Century China Center, University of Chicago's Center for East Asian Studies, University of Denver's Center for China-US Cooperation, Stanford University's Center for East Asian Studies, University of Michigan's Center for Chinese Studies, UC Irvine's Center for Asian Studies, and the Chinese Finance Association and Chinese Business Lawyers Association.
For a nominal registration fee, you can attend the all-day event and network activities, enjoy complimentary meals and drinks, and have OYCF membership.
